Liked It

Sort of simplistic, but in a good way. I liked the progression throughout, though the last minute kind of got repetitive. It would make for great background music when you're doing something else.

The tune really reminds me of the video game "Yoshi's Island" for the SNES, which is probably 80% of why I like this. Keep on keepin' on, man. This wasn't bad at all!

Random Quote: " 'I Googled myself' is NOT a sexual term!!"

Braethias responds:

Heh, yeah. Was never really satisfied with the end, but hey, works for me. Thanks!

Though of all the things it's reminded people of, never heard yoshi's island as one of them. I'm workin' on a lot of stuff now, nothing's done, I keep hearing a jingle in my head and go off for like 6 hours making something else. Last time, it was from a final fantasy song to NCIS to Megaman to Terminator. Yeeeeeeah!

Porkchop sandwiches!

Great

Once again, you continue to impress. Your emotion comes through clearly on this piece. 5/5 and DL, peace be with you.

ObsidianSnow responds:

Thanks a lot, lanky. Good to hear from you on this one.

Really Enjoyed This

Especially 2:00 on. Great use of effects, all that searching was not in vain! I also liked the nature sounds there at the end. I'm putting this on my Sleep playlist (good music to fall asleep to) great job.

Isoken responds:

It's an honour to make you tired, haha!

Thanks for the review :D

Gravijar responds:

Thanks man!

Don't Make Moody Songs

It's wrong. Just wrong! What mood was this? Was there a looming epic battle of sadness I wasn't aware of?

Jeff... BATTLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLE! He BROKE MY KNIFE!!! AHGHG(plhem)HG! Oh, and OLIOLIOLIOOOOOO!

Daisy Breeze

I like it. Especially 1:37 on, Moo! The drums near the end were kinda weird, I'm not sure if they exactly meshed. The E guitar was sweet though! Guitar master!!!

jakejosepheternity responds:

I have a supple fondness for african sounding drums, I LOVE IT! I was unsure throughout making this entire song, my song making skills are failing me lately!

Very Strange

Way different from your usual style. The weird part in the middle where it sounds like a demonic junkyard has come to life and started dancing caught me off guard. Still liked it though, especially the spacey synth sounds you had going on. RAGH!

jakejosepheternity responds:

Yeah, this is the one I told you I was struggling with for some time, just decided to jump on it and finish it. Went for a darker style than what I normally do. Feels to me very solemn and less upbeat than what I usually work with.

Very Nice

Loved the percussion on this one, you definitely achieved what you described. Great job.

Thanks Lank!

Nicely done. It reminds me of the town Zozo in the game Final Fantasy 6.

ObsidianSnow responds:

OMFG you're right! I definitely hadn't noticed that before XD that's awesome. I have FF3, which is the same game, but without those nice cinematics. Lol I love the way Square did that.

That's actually hilarious. I'm so happy you pointed that out. Makes my day.

Loved It

I pretty much echo Nates review below me. However, 2:02 on was so good that I had to DL this. Amazing good, I wish I could play piano as well as this. 4/5, 10/10

ProudAardvark responds:

Thanks Lanky
